What's It Worth?

I have an 84 toyota that hasn't been driven in a few years. It's in good shape. The battery, of course, is dead. Thinking I might sell it. There's probably no blue book. How can I find out what it's worth?

I would try going on line. The Blue Book that 's normally used only goes back 7?? years, but, there're other books that go back as far as you want to. You'll have to honestly evaluate such things as condition of the body and interior, mileage on the speedo, things like that.

Usually cars and trucks that are parked like that have something wrong with them. If that is not the case and all it needs is a battery, I figure it's worth 1000 anyway. Probably worth your while to purchase a battery so that folks can hear it fire up and run before buying it.
